Our experienced attorneys offer free co-counsel or consultation to lawyers representing people criminalized for their pregnancy outcomes. We also file amicus briefs, recommend expert witnesses, and provide other legal support. All of our services are free.

Training
Want to help stop state violence impacts pregnancy, abortion, birth, and families? We offer training to lawyers to build client-centered, trauma-informed litigation skills, judicial bypass representation, family defense, and opportunities for continuing education credits.
We also offer training to movement partners and health care providers to understand how they can interrupt state violence against pregnant people.
