In a year defined by political upheaval, If/When/How continued to defend reproductive justice in courts, capitols, and communities across the U.S. Our 2025 Impact Report breaks down the numbers behind our nationwide effort to further reproductive justice and support those navigating reproductive oppression.

2025 at a Glance:

• The Repro Legal Defense Fund provided $2.5 million for bail and litigation expenses across 26 states.
• The Repro Legal Helpline fielded 2,500 inquiries from 48 states and 3 territories. 
• Trained more than 2,700 lawyers, students, and movement partners nationwide.
  
• Provided criminal defense services in 13 states, including dismissal of all charges in three cases.
• Secured a historic victory in Maryland overturning our client’s 30-year sentence, and the first court decision legally recognizing self-managed abortion with pills as safe and effective.
