While pregnancy criminalization has heightened since the Dobbs decision folks have been criminalized for their pregnancy outcomes long before SCOTUS overturned Roe v. Wade. Experts from the Repro Legal Defense Fund and Community Justice Exchange have collected their grassroots experiences from case support, financial assistance, to navigating press to help organizers and advocates support people caught up in the legal system for self-managing their abortion.
