For Lawyers Who Believe in Reproductive Justice
Join the movement for reproductive justice.
Want to put your skills to work? Join the If/When/How Network.
State violence is more than just a moment in a pregnant or birthing person’s life. It has a domino effect for them and their families. The If/When/How Network is about organizing services and community support to defend people and their families from the harms of state violence.
We need both attorneys and advocates. If you’re an attorney, we need your pro-bono skills to help us provide criminal, immigration, and family defense. We’re also looking for advocates and attorneys to support people with judicial bypass, housing, intimate partner violence, and other client-centered needs.
When you join the Network, you can put your skills to work directly for Reproductive Justice. You’ll have opportunities for skills-based training, networking, and keeping up to date with the changing legal landscape throughout the country.
Are you a criminal defense attorney looking for support on your case?
If you are a criminal defense attorney, we can provide training, litigation support, and co-counsel your case. Our attorneys have experience representing cases of people criminalized for self-managed abortion and pregnancy loss. We do consultation and co-counsel.
Resources & Training
We offer resources and trainings to help you build skills on litigation, understand the impact of criminalization on pregnant people, and more.
